Chicken Cabbage Ramen Salad
A refreshing and satisfying salad with a delightful mix of textures and flavors, featuring shredded cabbage, tender chicken, ramen noodles, and a flavorful soy-sesame dressing.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 packs ramen noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put cooked chicken, julienned carrot, sliced red bell pepper, cucumber, green onions, chopped peanuts, and cilantro leaves in a large bowl
Make sure the noodles are cooked and the water is drained
Add the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a different small bowl
Use a whisk to mix the ingredients
Add the salad to the dressing and mix everything together until it's well covered
Put sesame seeds on top of the salad to make it look nicer
You can serve the Chicken Cabbage Ramen Salad right away or put it in the fridge until you're ready to eat
